America 250 — Betsy Ross
Couldn't load pickup availability
The number 250 fills with the first flag of the republic. Thirteen stripes, thirteen stars set in a ring so that no colony stood above another — the standard Betsy Ross is said to have sewn in a Philadelphia parlor while the outcome of the war still hung in doubt. It flew over a country that did not yet know whether it would survive. Two and a half centuries later, the same thirteen stars still circle, still hold. A nation endures only as long as it remembers how it began.
